Self-care is not selfish
As we started the year, our INSET day focused on staff wellbeing — encouraging everyone to prioritise self-care and build moments into the day that support health and happiness. All of our staff matter to us so we want to ensure we all take the time to focus on our wellbeing.
It was great to have Russell from Benenden Health and our Trust HR team, Sarah Casemore and Kalsoom Azam, on hand across all of our schools to share information about our private healthcare scheme and the range of benefits we offer.
