Across our schools, children wore odd socks on Odd Socks Day — a fun and meaningful way to express individuality and celebrate what makes each of us unique. Throughout the week, we empowered our young people to use their power for good: to speak up safely and stand against bullying, whether face-to-face or online.

At TLA, our students explored the different roles involved in bullying — target, bystander, ringleader and defender — and the power each person holds. They reflected on personal responsibility, challenged the Bystander Effect, and committed to one small action that could make a big difference.

Together, we’re building a culture where silence never allows bullying to grow. Change starts with all of us.
